- - Open for Summer & Fall 2026
- Summer housing is available to students who are enrolled in summer courses or involved in an approved program, activity, or special living need that currently were a student in spring 2026 or will be a student fall semester 2026. Preference to fully enrolled students with 12+ credits and same exception level as graduating seniors for the term.
- Fall 2026 Requirements: Returning students must be registered with 12 credit hours before they can apply for housing. Class registration opens March 23rd. Exceptions will be given to graduate students or graduating seniors who need less than 12 hours to graduate.
