Your future in law

Your learning experience
Teaching
Youll learn from legal experts with real industry and academic experience. Our teaching is practical, careerfocused and designed to help you build confidence. Youll study through a mix of lectures, seminars, practical workshops and case study classes.
Your learning is supported by our Virtual Learning Environment, where you can access podcasts, blogs, discussion boards and interactive tools that make classes engaging and easy to follow.
Youll also have chances to build realworld legal skills. You may:
- Work in our legal advice clinic, helping local people under the supervision of qualified lawyers

Assessment
Assessment isnt only about exams. We use a range of methods that reflect real legal work, such as:
- Portfolio tasks
- Multiplechoice questions
- Court visit reports
- Problemsolving questions
The balance between exams and coursework changes across modules and years, but exams still play an important part in your degree.
