Areas of Research
My research interests centre on construction risk management, health and safety in the built environment, and project management practice. I am particularly interested in risk-informed decision-making, workplace safety, and improving project performance through effective management strategies.
My teaching promotes inclusive, practice-based learning that connects theory with professional application, helping students develop confidence, critical thinking, and skills for academic, personal, and career success. She also brings a strategic and people-centred approach to leadership, with strengths in curriculum delivery, stakeholder engagement, compliance, mentoring, and supporting high standards in both professional and academic settings
