Biography
I am a researcher and lecturer in digital marketing, with research interests in AI–human interaction, consumer psychology and behaviour, and service failure. My teaching focuses on content marketing and marketing communications strategy. My current research examines how consumers perceive, respond to, and interact with AI in marketing and service settings.
