Biography
I am a Lecturer in Midwifery and practising midwife. I have held a range of roles in nursing and midwifery clinical practice, management, leadership and academia throughout my career. I have served 2 terms for the Nursing & Midwifery Council's Fitness to Practice Committees.
Areas of Research
My research interests include risk and choice in the context of maternity care, equity and access to services, specifically pregnant women seeking asylum, and birth trauma.
